It's me Simone Cheek, born in Manassas, VA. I am 29 years old and soon your personal trainer. I have been in sports from a very young age. I played ball, karate, ran track and was on the step team. Yes, stepping is a sport. Once I had graduated high school I went to Eastern Kentucky University. I received my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Masters in Public Administration. I fell in love personal training right before I graduated. Go figure. I started training clients in college. After college I then moved to Atlanta, GA. This is when I decided to take fitness to the next level. I started to compete in bodybuilding shows and to train more clients. I have had many transformations in the past few years.
